The past week or so hasn’t exactly been a model week in the realm of diet and fitness. I went out to eat four times, I only worked out three days and yesterday I ate so much Mexican food I couldn’t even get drunk after 8 beers. Now the craziness is over and it’s time to snap back to reality (OHH – there goes gravity). Sunday seemed like as good a day as any to pull my shit together.
I got up this morning and hit the gym for a leg workout that had me nauseous 25 minutes into it. I came back and made a salad with tuna and I’m about to bulk cook some chicken breast for the week.
I got some GREAT news last night: HP is coming back a day early!! That means I get to spend all day Monday with my man!! It was the best birthday news of the day!
Of course now I have get all my chores done asap!
Day 144 Nice Thing: I love long weekends.
