Because Being Bored is Boring

I was all hyped up to do cardio yesterday – for reals yo! until about 3:30 in the afternoon when the gastrointestinal hades took over. It was like little tiny elves bearing scorching hot pitch forks were living in my intestines and stabbing me repeatedly. In other words: I was uncomfortable.

I laid down with HP when he got home from work and napped until he woke me up at 7. I was still sporting some kind of distended belly so he went to the store to get me some bismuth.

Mmmm bismuth. Except the opposite of that.

Anyway, I woke up this morning feeling just fine and I really am in my gym clothes now with plans to hit the fitness center in the next hour.

Being home all day really blows. Not that I don’t love watching Easton try to bite his own ass or find amusement in Kima eating my socks. HP leaves tomorrow morning for a business trip and I envision much sleeping in for the next three days. I’ve run out of reasons to get up before 9.

I did make a delicious peanut sauce yesterday for lunch (before the tummy ache, I promise it’s unrelated!) and you can find it here: Peanut Sauce. If you don’t use your finger to sop up the bottom of the bowl your taste buds might be broken!

AMYELLA

Amyella (pronounced Amy-ella) is a pseudonym for Amy Levitt, a fitness and health food fanatic and a beach girl at heart. She has been sharing her sometimes nonsensical thoughts and self-amusing stories online since 2002 and currently spends a good deal of her time wrangling her 90 pound Rottweiler and 60 pound Boxer. Which is quite a show.
The origin of the name Amyella.

Here's my deal. It's wicked exciting!
