Dish Network must be one of the largest employers in the metro Denver area – at least for marketing positions. HOW CAN I NOT KNOW ANYONE WHO WORKS THERE? If you work there let me know so I can send you my resume, m’kay?

So! A new year then! Mine has been treating me just fine, so far. In fact, I have pretty high hopes for twenty-ten.

My workouts have been going well and I’m still ramping up to get full throttle. I’ve been getting up in the morning and doing my resistance workout, hitting the fitness center at lunch for 40 minutes of cardio and beginning either the end of this week or next I’m going to add a third workout at the gym at the end of the day, just once or twice a week. So that’s a good start to the new year.

It’s been so cold that Easton is getting a sweater today. The poor guy just can’t handle when the wind chill factor brings the temperature to 3 degrees. He’s just a week little pup with very thin fur and he just shakes and shakes and shakes. So far Kima is holding up just fine. Then again, I’m convinced she’s part bear cub.

Right, so I have pretty much nothing else noteworthy to report. This is the lamest first post of the year ever. Go me.

Are you on LinkedIn? That seems to be the best way that I have found for making connections within a geographic region and/or company.

Amyella (pronounced Amy-ella) is a pseudonym for Amy Levitt, a fitness and health food fanatic and a beach girl at heart. She has been sharing her sometimes nonsensical thoughts and self-amusing stories online since 2002 and currently spends a good deal of her time wrangling her 90 pound Rottweiler and 60 pound Boxer. Which is quite a show.
The origin of the name Amyella.

Here's my deal. It's wicked exciting!
